    Loved the fresh, Spinach Empanadas for starters! The Pistachio Lemon Crusted Salmon, Couscous, and side salad followed. A light, Mustard Vinaigrette dressing, on the side, was a delicious, additional layer that wonderfully complimented the savory flavors, textures, and spice. Frankly, there were numerous, interesting menu selections to choose from; I had a difficult time deciding what to order. I would like to come back and try some of their fresh juices, smoothies, and breakfast menu items. A return trip for sure!

    My all time favorite vegan restaurant in the valley. I, of course, admire the tasty, diverse vegan options and my non-vegan friends love the non-vegan dishes. Restaurant is clean and employees are friendly and attentive. Actually on my way there right now! :-)

    Good healthy food, freshly prepared. Good service, though English may be a second language. Reasonable prices. We really enjoy dining here.
